This partnership will open the first Carrefour store in New Alamein City within North Square Mall, with the opening scheduled to coincide with the mall’s official launch next June.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade; Mr. Mohamed Khafaga, Country Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Retail Egypt; Mr. Ahmed Rohayem, Vice President of Business Development at Majid Al Futtaim Retail Egypt; Mr. George Metry, Chairman of Counsel Masters; and Ms. Malak El Ashiry, General Manager and Managing Director of Counsel Masters. The new Carrefour store will span 580 sqm and offer a wide range of high-quality products at competitive prices, including fresh and frozen foods, baked goods, and household items. The store will gradually expand to meet growing market demands, enhancing the shopping experience for visitors and residents of New Alamein.
