Counsel Masters, one of the largest companies in consulting services for commercial agencies, and managing hotel, tourism, and commercial projects, prepares to launch the first phase of the North Square Mall in New Alamein City, Invest-Gate reports.

The opening of the North Square Mall coincides with the first days of July, Eid Al-Adha, and the opening activities will continue until the end of the summer season.

This allows visitors to shop and enjoy restaurants, cafes, and local and international brands that serve visitors and provide tourists with a unique place for hiking, shopping, and enjoying the atmosphere of the North Coast.

The mall will open its gates across the year, as being considered the first tourist and entertainment destination. This comes with the state’s plan to alter the touristic areas into complete and livable cities.

Counsel Masters was chosen to operate the project, especially after the great success of its other projects, mainly “Mamsha Ahl Misr.”

Accordingly, the partnership signed by Consuel Masters with City Edge Developments representing the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is extended. Accordingly, Consuel Masters to manage and be responsible for marketing the project.

It is worth highlighting that the project offers 86,000 sqm to be leased and features commercial and cultural sites, and restaurants, in addition to parking with a capacity of 3,200 cars. Moreover, it includes a hotel with 80 rooms, and 20 suites, in addition to a 6,000-meter beach, and a commercial center that includes 350 commercial brands.
