cred Developments, a thriving real estate company, has announced its latest deal with Dex Squared, a Dubai-based company specializing in hospitality consultations, Invest-Gate reports.

Dex Squared will fully operate Ever’s Clubhouse in West Cairo, located directly next to Mall of Arabia on the 26th of July corridor. This marks the second cooperation between the two companies, as cred had previously signed a protocol with Dex Squared last year, involving the commercial section of the project.

Under this agreement, Dex Squared will be responsible for operating the Clubhouse and providing all necessary services that align with the latest globally recognized technical standards.

The Clubhouse offers a wide range of facilities and services, including five international restaurants offering various cuisines, a world-class gym, complemented by multiple swimming pools for relaxation, and an invigorating spa. Construction on Ever commenced in 2023, and the project is expected to open its doors to the public in the second quarter of 2025.

With its strategic location in one of the vital regions of West Cairo, Ever was designed by magnificent engineering consultants. The project brought together YDG Engineers, Ismail Habruk, and ACE (Arab Consulting Engineers) to create this masterpiece. Delivery of the project is expected to commence in 2026.
