Emaar along with Dubai Properties launched a new residential project, entitled Creek Gate in Dubai Creek Harbor Island on January 22, Invest-Gate reported.

Creek Gate offers one to three bedroom-apartments with direct views to The Tower and The Island Central Park. Payments begin with a 5%now, followed by another 5% on June 15. Then a payment of 10% will be required after every four months until the construction is 80% complete on December 30, 2019. The last installment, worth of 40%, would be due on August 25, 2020, when the construction is 100% complete.
