According to sources in Western media, Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese football star currently playing for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, has purchased a plot of land in Dubai for $30 million, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in Jumeirah Bay, the land is on an island often referred to as “the Island of the Rich,” due to its seahorse-shaped island layout.

Ronaldo plans to build a mansion on the plot, which will be completed by the end of December, adding to the 15 luxury homes already on the island.

Moreover, this new mansion will join Ronaldo’s impressive property portfolio, including New York, Madrid, Lisbon, and Madeira homes.

Furthermore, Forbes estimates Ronaldo’s net worth at $260 mn. Over and above that, since joining Al Nassr in December 2022, Ronaldo has been earning $200 mn annually under a two-year contract, wearing his iconic number 7 jersey.
