The CEO asserted that CSCEC follows several precautionary measures, successfully applied in China amid the pandemic combat, throughout the Central Business District’s (CBD) worksites in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) to ensure the workflow and meet the set deadlines.
El Gazzar praised the company for these measures that put the safety of workers and engineers as its top priority, yet not affecting the work schedule.
On the sidelines of the event, the minister has held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects Khaled Abbas, along with other officials, to follow up on the implementation rate of CBD, which is being implemented with total investments of USD 3 bn (EGP 47.24 bn).
Being implemented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and CSCEC, CBD will be home to 20 towers, the tallest of which is the Iconic Tower.
