Dahab Development launches Iconic Trinity Complex (ITC), the company’s first project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) after completing more than 40% of its constructions, Invest-Gate reports.
ITC covers 8,000 sqm, with EGP 500m of investments. It’s located in the MU23, a distinguished service area between R2 and R3, directly in front of Al Amal Square, where Monorail 18 station is.
Chairman of Dahab Development Nader Adeeb Moawad states that the the project’s first phase is now open to the market; the first phase includes administrative, commercial and medical units of various sizes that suit all the customers’ needs, starting from 50 to 1,300 sqm.
Additionally, he comments,“We raised the slogan (Book your unit and receive within a year), which is the best delivery date in the NAC’s market, thus the project units are scheduled to be delivered by the end of next year.”
Sherif Moawad, a member of the company’s board of directors, declares that Dahab Development presents exclusive offers to customers besides a mandatory lease contract with a number of major brands immediately after receiving the unit, with a return of up to 28% for administrative units and a return of 15% for commercial units.
Furthermore, the company provides various payment plans up to seven years to meet the needs and aspirations of customers.
“We target Egyptian and non-Egyptian customers, Arabs and foreigners; and this pushes us to develop the project, according to the highest construction standards globally using the latest technologies,” Moawad reveals. “The total size of the project is 25,000 sqm, with a built-up area reaching 30% of the project size. The project consists of ten floors, with 3,450 sqm per floor. The building also includes two basements on 16,000 sqm to accommodate 600 cars.”
ITC Mall is integrated and features all necessary services and means of safety and protection, including fire pumps, water tanks and pumps, a rainwater collection tank, emergency exits and ladders, in addition to the distribution of fire extinguishers in consonance with the Egyptian code.
It’s worth mentioning that Dahab Development has a great history of nearly two decades in the European and Egyptian markets and it has succeeded in developing and delivering projects of several areas of more than 50,000 sqm.
