Dal Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, THRU, located in West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 23,500 sqm with a 450-meter frontage on Dahshur Link Road, THRU is set to become a prime destination in the area. The project, designed by renowned architect Raef Fahmy, will feature five buildings offering a mix of commercial spaces, administrative offices, and medical clinics, creating a comprehensive hub to serve the community.

Samir El Naggar, Chairman of Dal Developments, commented, “THRU is a significant step aligned with the government’s efforts to expand Egypt’s real estate sector. With an expected sales target of EGP 5 bn, the project will provide new commercial and administrative spaces that support sustainable development and reflect the country’s vision of fostering private sector investments.”

We’ve designed the project to blend modern aesthetics with functionality, providing an optimal experience for visitors.”
