DAMAC Properties is updating one of its major projects Damac Hills, a Golf-planned community featuring Trump International Golf Club Dubai at its center, Invest-Gate reports.

The project was previously named AKOYA and spreads on 42 mn square feet, depicting Dubai’s latest golf scene through constructed international golf course that includes villas overlooking golf landscapes, low-rise apartments, and greeneries according to the company’s released statement. Units on the project are currently being delivered.

Damac managed to develop Damac Hills within three years to consist of over 4,000 luxury villas and 7,500 condos, along with other amenities offering hospitality, luxury shopping, spa, facilities, leisure, food & beverage outlets and the Trump International Golf Club Dubai.

A school has also been developed on site called Jebel Ali School, featuring several facilities and expansive grounds for outdoor activities.
