DAMAC Introduces Ready-to-Move Apartments in Dubai

DAMAC Properties has launched “High Gardens,” a collection of limited-edition, ready-to-move terrace apartments, situated at the heart of its 42-mn square feet master development in Dubai, DAMAC Hills, Invest-Gate reports.

“Each of the luxurious one-, two, and three-bedroom apartments features an exquisitely-landscaped terrace garden, in addition to being surrounded by the lush green fairways of the Trump International Golf Club,” read the Dubai-based property developer’s press release on November 27.

With potential clients granted a four-year payment plan, properties at High Gardens are offered with prices starting at AED 1.1 mn for one-bedroom apartments, along with a 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee waiver, according to the statement.

Speaking of the newest project, Senior Vice-President of DAMAC Properties Niall McLoughlin pointed out, “Keeping up with DAMAC’s reputation for creating unique living experiences, we are thrilled to present High Gardens, our refreshingly new concept that is a modern take on form and function, within the thriving DAMAC Hills community.”

“For those who seek a piece of tranquillity amidst a modern urban lifestyle, these apartments offer the perfect interplay between the organic and the created. From modern interiors to lush green outdoors, our latest addition to the vibrant community sets new standards in modern architecture and luxury living. Moreover, residents of High Gardens will experience the convenience and comfort of living in a community that offers a wholesome lifestyle with top-notch amenities and engaging activities,” McLoughlin elaborated.

High Gardens provides access to Damac Hills’ premium facilities such as the Trump International Golf Club, several swimming pools, a 2000 square-meter skatepark, a 4-mn-square-feet park, an array of fine dining restaurants, multiple horse stables, a family care facility, among others.

Besides, residents will be able to relish the newly-introduced community center, featuring a fitness center, a pet grooming facility, and a Norwegian early education center, called “CreaKids,” which promotes play-based learning opportunities to support the holistic development of children.
