Dubai-based property developer Damac Properties launched its Akoya Fresh three-bedroom villa project in the Akoya Oxygen development in Dubai, Arabian Business reported on Sunday.

The $326,975 price of each villa includes a title deed, guaranteeing full ownership of land and property for buyers.

Damac stated that Akoya Fresh will target first-time buyers looking for tranquility away from the urban centres.

Damac’s Akoya Oxygen includes several amenities like hotels, schools, spas and the Trump World Golf Club Dubai, according to the project website.
