Damac Properties, a UAE-based developer, on Thursday announced the launch of Akoya Manarola at its Akoya Oxygen development, according to a press release.

The villa project is inspired by the Italian village of Manarola and features three-bedroom villas with prices starting at AED 2.3 mn, spread across a three-year payment plan. Units will go on sale on November 29.

The villas will be facing the international golf course located at its Akoya Oxygen development and bearing the Trump brand. Damac’s chairman recently made headlines speculating about the positive influence of the Trump name, stating the US president-elect was “in no way discriminative.”
