Dubai-based Damac announced the launch of The Beach, which includes beach-style living apartments within the Akoya Oxygen development program in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.

Phase 1 which will include 5 towers, will release three-bedroom apartments with prices starting at AED 1.25 million, the developer said, pointing out that the units will go on sale July 13th.

The complex, which much resembles a resort will offer residents and visitors the holiday-like experience with views over the golf and pools, while being surrounded by artificial sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes, entertainment areas, gyms and spas.

“The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is for those who would like to enjoy relaxed, resort-like living and escape from the bustle of urban life. The serenity of the community and the green, open spaces are best-suited to residents and tourists who treasure the tranquility of a beach-front setting while still being in close proximity to the city,” Managing Director of Damac Properties, Ziad El Chaar said, according to Al Bawaba.

“The hotel units will also provide investors with the opportunity to be part of the emirate’s flourishing hospitality industry, with lucrative returns and hassle-free management through a rental agreement with the operator, where the administration, management, bookings and maintenance are taken care of.”

The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is set within the 5 million square meter Akoya Oxygen master development which also includes the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design, Vista Lux’s retail, hospitality and entertainment and Dubai’s first tropical rainforest, in addition to healthy dining options, an organic fresh market, schools and nurseries.
