UAE’s developer DAMAC Properties says its Vera Residences in Dubai’s Business Bay received “unprecedented” interest, Invest-Gate reports.

The luxury apartments went on sale on November 4 and more than 85% of units released were sold on its first day of sales, according to a statement.

The units’ prices at the 30-story tower start from AED 499,000.

Vera Residences’ easy payment plan includes an initial deposit of 20% plus Dubai Land Department’s (DLD) registration fees, followed by monthly payments as low as AED 4,990 over 35 months, and 40% of the unit’s price is due upon completion of the project.
