Dubai’s leading real estate developer Damac Properties is launching new residential units including studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments within The Residences Project in Aykon City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and overlooks Dubai Canal, according to the company’s released statement.

Two-bedroom apartments sell at a starting price of AED 1.3 mn and installment plans are over six years.

“AYKON City is Dubai’s newest landmark, raising the bar of the Emirate’s luxury lifestyle,”  says Senior Vice President in DAMAC Properties Niall McLoughlin. He adds that living in The Residences at AYKON City entails proximity to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, Dubai Canal, City Walk, Boxpark, and a host of global luxury brands.

The project includes hotel rooms, apartments, and offices in the vicinity of Aykon Plaza. It is linked to East Tower and located near Aykon city’s The Club.
