Dubai’s real estate developer DAMAC Properties has signed an agreement with Radisson Hotels, the renowned international hotels brand, to open the first Radisson-branded luxury hotel within the DAMAC Hills development in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in the Trump International Golf Club Dubai at DAMAC Hills, the planned 481-key hotel property comprises one- and two-bedroom units. The project offers investors an opportunity to purchase units operated by the Radisson Hotel Group, with returns up to 6% guaranteed for the primary three years on their property investment, a company’s statement says.

“With more than 1,000 families already calling DAMAC Hills their home, once completed the community will consist of over 4,000 luxury villas, 7,500 condominiums, and over four million square feet of lush greenery,” the statement adds.

The hotel is currently under construction and is scheduled to welcome its first guests in Q4 2019. It will encompass two restaurants, modern leisure facilities comprising of a gym, spa, kids club, and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as, a meeting space stretching across an area of 600 square meters.
