Dubai’s property developer DAMAC Properties plans to unveil Burj Damac Seaviews in Qatar next week, Invest-Gate reports.

The company will launch the sale of the 31-storey tower on May 24 at DAMAC sales office in Doha with a starting price of QAR 2.5 mn.

Located in the Marina District of Lusail City, the tower comprises furnished and serviced apartments and townhouses.

Qatar seeks to attract over seven mn leisure and business travellers per annum, with plans to raise hotel accommodation supply to more than 56,000 units, the company says.
