Damac Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of UAE’s developer Damac Properties, officially launches a new five-star hotel, Invest-Gate reports.

Damac Maison Royale The Distinction comprises hotel apartments in the heart of Dubai’s Downtown district.

The 52-story- tower features a spacious lobby, fully serviced deluxe rooms, as well as, one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites.

Guests will be offered a host of services, including a luxury spa, recreational facilities, and a fully-equipped health club.
