UAE’s developer, Damac Properties, has completed sales of all units in Just Cavalli Villas’ first phase at its golf development AKOYA Oxygen in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

The developers is to release additional units within the same phase on October 21, with prices starting at AED 1.3 mn and a payment plan over three years.

Damac has made it even more attractive for customers by waiving 50% of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) registration fees; buyers are expected to save AED 26,000 or more, depending on their units of choice.

Just Cavalli Villas are available in a variety of sizes, including three- bedroom featuring rooftop terraces or ground floor private gardens; and a -six -bedroom- standalone unit for larger families.
