Dubai-based Danube Properties announced that the AED 300 million ($ 81 million) Glamz Residence project at Al Furjan area in Dubai, which is part of an affordable housing scheme, has been sold out, Construction Week Online reported.

Danube’s 6th project was launched last month, to offer a 418 studio, one- bedroom and two- bedroom apartments, each including a tucked-in bed to be put away during the day.

The project is a part of the Danube’s “Stop renting, start owning” initiative, the developer said in a statement.

“Almost everyone wants a home of their own and it feels good that we are here to help them in realizing their dreams through our affordable offerings,” Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan said.

Danube’s first project, Dreamz is on schedule for delivery while other projects, which are Glitz 1, Glitz 2, Glitz 3, Starz, and Glamz Residence are all 4-5 months ahead of schedule, and all are all sold out, according to Arabian Business.
