“The Ministry of Housing and Armed Forces Engineering Authority are committed to executing and delivering the units with the highest standards, and this project will be a landmark in new cities,” Madbouly said, commenting on the project.

There are 157 buildings currently being developed, with 3,768 units scheduled for completion by mid-2017. Construction work commenced in March 2016 for the foundational infrastructure of the buildings, as well as a school, nursery, and three commercial malls.
