Darna for Real Estate Investment and Contracting is currently executing its first ever touristic project in Marsa Matrouh City, Long Island Village, Head of Sales, Ahmed Emad, told Al Mal.

The village spreads over 12 acres, including 260 chalets, 6 swimming pools, and an aquapark that overlooks the sea.

The project will be located between Rommel Bay and and the Mediterranean, and the company is targeting sales of  EGP 400 million.

Prices range from EGP 6,500 – 17,000 per square meter, Emad continued, saying that the project started in June 2015 and the foundation is currently being completed.

Darna has been in the real estate market for over 20 years, and has recently executed two medical centers over a 7,000 square meter each, in both, the Fifth Settlement and Nasr City, Emad said, adding that recently, a EGP 1.3 billion medical center is being in built, in Nasr City, over 7,000 square meters to include a ground floor and 5 storeys.
