Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has unveiled plans to deliver several housing units in Capital Residence, located in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) R3 District, from January 3 to July 5, Invest-Gate reports.
Homes in D1 and D8 neighborhoods will be handed over to beneficiaries over the next six to seven months, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs Mohamed Anwar Hilal explained in a December 30 ministerial statement.
The announcement comes in line with the state’s endeavors to inaugurate the new capital by next summer, Hilal further stated.
Last August, El Gazzar had revealed that work on Capital Residence is almost 87% done, which will introduce eight neighborhoods that will feature a total of 24,130 housing units, including 19,944 apartments, 328 villas, and 157 townhouses upon completion, according to a former statement.
