Mohamed Abdallah, the CEO of DEN Real Estate Consultancy, announced that the company has facilitated real estate sales for developers amounting to EGP 5 bn since the year’s onset, as a key component of its strategic expansion within the real estate marketing realm, Invest-Gate reports.
He outlined the company’s objective to escalate sales to EGP 10 bn by year-end, emphasizing the active marketing of over 200 diverse real estate projects across residential, commercial, administrative, and hotel sectors in various locales.
Established in August 2023, the company currently operates through four branches, with two situated on the North Coast and two in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. Abdallah revealed plans to inaugurate a new branch in Sheikh Zayed City by year-end, aligning with the company’s vision to amplify its market presence.
Abdallah highlighted the company’s partnerships with numerous prominent real estate entities, including Tatweer Misr, Marakez, Misr Italia, Redcon Properties, El Attal, Ora, Cred, Home Town, Mountain View, and Taj Misr.
Furthermore, 60% of the company’s total sales cater to Egyptians abroad and foreigners from various nationalities, prominently including individuals from Saudi Arabia, Belgium, the UAE, and Germany. This distribution underscores the robust nature of the real estate market, driven by genuine demand.
Emphasizing the North Coast’s pivotal role, Abdallah noted that projects in this region spearheaded real estate transactions this year, constituting 70% of the total sales volume for real estate companies.
