Deputy Housing Minister Visits 4th EFMF

Sayed Ismail, Deputy Minister of Housing for Infrastructure Affairs, accompanied by officials of the utility sector, inspects the fourth edition of the Egyptian Facilities and Facilities Management Forum (EFMF), Invest-Gate reports.

The EFMF is held between 7 and 8 March. It discusses innovative and sustainable solutions in the implementation of infrastructure projects for drinking water and sanitation.

The event also tackles healthcare in all its form and maximizes the participation of the private sector in the success of achieving the housing ministry’s strategies.

Ismail and his entourage start their visit by visiting the pavilion of the Arab Contractors Company for Facilities Management, where he discussed with the company’s leaders the latest systems used to manage facilities and assets.

They also discuss the idea of treating and reusing wastewater in irrigating the green spaces in the buildin, and exploiting all the daily waste generated, and reusing it in various fields.

The Deputy Minister’s visit includes a number of pavilions of companies participating in the exhibition, including Kharafi National and Eltizam Asset Management Group, in addition to the pavilions of Enova Veolia and Cedars Capital.

It is worth noting that the EFMF sees the participation of more than 30 major companies, and sheds light on emerging smart ideas for an important sector that is directly responsible for maintaining, managing and maintaining facilities.
