Deutsche Hospitality has revealed plans to open two hotels in Egypt in 2019, bringing the total of its hotel openings in Egypt this year to three properties, Hotelier Middle East reports.

The two hotels are Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan Ras El Bar, near Damietta, and Steigenberger Resort Achti, which is located on the east bank of the Nile River, according to Hotelier Middle East.

The first hotel is being developed on the promenade of the peninsula, which is formed by a Mediterranean beach, featuring 158 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a lobby bar, a swimming pool, health and beauty spa, gym facility, and two ballrooms.

Located a few minutes away from the Great Pyramids of Giza, Steigenberger Resort Achti’s 132 rooms provide views of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the company revealed.

Deutsche Hospitality’s portfolio in Egypt currently comprises twelve hotels.
