Property developer, Deyaar, launched a year’s end promotional campaign for some of its residential projects, according to a press release on Monday.

The promotional campaign includes a monthly installment starting at AED 5,000 without any down payments, complementary furniture, and full waivers of the Dubai Land Department fees on property.

The promotion is valid on some residential units at Deyaar’s key projects including Midtown, Mont Rose, and Ruby Residence which comes in line with the developer’s two days sales event starting December 17 at Deyaar Sales Center in Dubai.
