Deyar Misr Properties (DMP) announces the launch of its first project, Kanyon Business Complex, in the downtown area at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest- Gate reports.

Yahya Abougabal, founder and CEO of DMP, says, “We are pleased to launch the Kanyon Business Complex project in the downtown area in NAC, which is considered a great edifice full of promising investment opportunities,” adding, “We seek to launch several projects in the upcoming period, as we believe in the developers’ contribution to support the state’s directions towards urban development.”

Kanyon Business Complex is a specialized commercial and administrative building with a total selling area of ​​12,000 sqm and an investment cost of EGP 300 mn.

Abougabal adds that the company is currently addressing a number of consultants and management companies at NAC, to supervise the project and its operation to achieve the best return on investments.

For his part, Assem Abougabal, board member and head of the commercial sector of the company, comments that DMP plans to launch three other projects in the Central Business District (CBD) at NAC, with total investments of EGP 900 mn.
