Diamond Group announced the launch of the Lake View integrated tourism residential project spanning 3 acres at North Coast Kilo 82, Invest-Gate reports.
Diamond Chairman Moamen Mahmoud Saad said the company leverages extensive real estate development experience gained over its five years in the market. Diamond has implemented various projects and gained customer trust while keeping pace with changing market needs, he added.
Lake View offers competitive pricing, flexible payment systems, and optimal space utilization for customers, Saad said. The two-phase project focuses on luxury lifestyle amenities like swimming pools, a parking garage, recreational areas, and landscaping.
Diamond Group has delivered over eight separate projects on the North Coast since its founding. Its first project, The View 1 launched last May, has reached 90% completion in under one year, demonstrating Diamond’s execution capability, Saad said.
The company aims to capitalize on the strong demand for North Coast real estate. Lake View will differentiate itself through attention to detail and customer experience, according to Saad.
