Dubai-based Diamond Developers plans to build two sustainable apartment towers to be unveiled by this year’s end, reported Arabian Business, quoting the company’s CEO.
The firm aims to build two seven-storey apartment towers in Arjan next to Miracle Gardens, featuring 190 apartments overall.
The towers will feature solar panels, a waste sorting system, water recycling and an energy-efficient chilled water system. The developer claims that while prices will be equal to similar apartments, operating costs will be for far less.
