Egyptian real estate development company DIG announced its acquisition of Perfect Capital as part of its expansion plan in the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.
Additionally, DIG begins to accommodate customers who have already booked units in the Track 20 project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which comes in parallel with the housing of the Z4 project in JANNA Zayed.
Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG, stated that the company achieved nearly EGP 1.5 bn in sales of its projects since the beginning of the current year, adding, “Plans are set to invest EGP 1 bn in construction works across various ventures by the end of 2023.”
Track 20 is a mixed-use project that comprises commercial, administrative, and medical units. Salah affirmed that the company commenced the Track 20 construction works, which are planned to be finalized by 2026.
It consists of five basements, a ground floor, and 14 upper floors, with a total investment cost of over EGP 1.5 bn. Furthermore, the project overlooks the central park, the grand mosque, and the tourist walkway on a total area of 5,250 sqm.
For his part, Vice Chairman of DIG, Hany Helmy, revealed that the company is about obtaining building permits for the Z4 project. It is a commercial and medical project covers an area of 2,500 sqm and serves a residential area of over 10,000 people.
The project includes a ground floor and three upper floors with an investment of EGP 1 bn, and is expected to be delivered in three years.
It is noteworthy that DIG started construction on Track 10 and Track 14 in the New Administrative Capital, with expected sales of around EGP 1.2 bn.
Track 10 is a mixed-use project covers an area of 2,500 sqm. It comprises a ground and 10 upper floors, and is scheduled to be delivered in 2025.
The commercial, administrative and medical, Track 14 project, is located on an area of 2500 sqm, and consists of a ground floor and 14 floors, and it is scheduled to be delivered in 2025.
Track 12 project is located in the New Administrative Capital, in front of pharmaceutical companies, on an area of 2,500 sqm, and includes a ground floor and 12 recurring floors with commercial, administrative and medical activities.
The company succeeded in marketing 75% of Track 10, Track 12, and Track 14 projects in the New Administrative Capital. Also, DIG has contracted with HRE Properties to manage and operate its projects in the New Administrative Capital, and has also contracted with Healthy Care Group as a medical operator for the projects.
