DIG Developments announces commencement of the excavation works for the Track 10 and Track 14 projects in the New Administrative Capital, after obtaining relevant licenses, Invest-Gate reports.

Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG, reveals that the two projects are located in the most distinguished area in NAC’s Downtown.

The projects are expected to generate EGP 1.2 bn in sales, Salah adds.

He stresses that his company cares about commitment and building trust with customers in the first place, pointing out that the great consultant Muhammad Hafez is hired to provide a real estate product compatible with international standards.

Salah reveals that the Track 10 project is a commercial, administrative, and medical project located at an area of 2,500 sqm, and consists of a ground floor and 10 floors.

The project is scheduled to be delivered in 2025, Salah unveils.

He says that the Track 14 is a commercial, administrative, and medical project situated on 2,500 sqm, adding that it includes a ground floor and 14 floors.

Track 14 is slated for delivery 2025 with target sales EGP 750 mn, Salah adds.

Furthermore, the top executive highlights that the company succeeds in marketing 75% of the two projects.
