DIG launches Track 10 and Track 14 projects in the NAC, with total expected sales of about EGP 1.2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Hussein Salah, chairman of DIG, says that Track 10 and Track 14 projects are located in the most prominent area of the Downtown and the main consultant of both projects is Mohamed Hafez.

“The company aims to increase its investments to EGP 2 bn by Q2 and is planning to launch two new projects by the end of 2022,” Salah adds.

For his part, Bassam Saeed, sales director of DIG, says that Track 10 is a mixed-use project including commercial, administrative, and medical units. The project is located near Gold Market and the Monorail on 2,500 sqm, with about EGP 450 mn expected sales. Track 10 consists of a ground floor and 10 floors and is scheduled to be delivered in 2025.

As for Track 14, it is a mixed-use project including commercial, administrative, and medical units and is located on 2,500 sqm with an extended view of the Green River and the tourist towers area near the Central Park and the densest residential neighborhoods R8 – R7. Track 14 consists of a ground and 14 floors and is scheduled to be delivered in 2025, as the company eyes EGP 750 mn sales revenues.

Additionally, DIG owns a brokerage company and a sister development company in West Cairo, besides acquiring Infinity Developments, which has commercial projects in the NAC.

In this regard, Vice Chairman of DIG Hany Helmy confirms that the group aspires to become a real estate investment destination that leads and directs the Egyptian real estate market towards a better and more sustainable future.

“DIG focuses on adding value and enhancing levels of urban development through its various projects across the company’s land portfolio, in addition to the recent acquisition of Infinity Developments,” Helmy notes.
