Egyptian real estate developer DIG has announced its participation in the upcoming Cityscape Exhibition, which will take place from September 25 to 28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate reports.
The company will showcase its latest projects, offering exclusive deals and unveiling new surprises for attendees.
Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG, revealed that the company will feature its Track 15 project in the New Administrative Capital. Since its launch last month, the project has already achieved 60% sales. He added that the final phase of Track 15 will be introduced at the exhibition.
“We have begun survey work on the project and plan to start concrete construction by the end of this year,” Salah said, noting that the project is expected to be completed in two and a half years.
Moreover, DIG’s sister company, Harva Developments, will also participate in Cityscape, showcasing its Alva Mall and Gûl residential projects in October Gardens. Alva Mall, a 4,000 sqm commercial project, offers retail space near key landmarks such as Al Wahat Road and Zamalek Club.
Hany Helmy, Vice Chairman of DIG, expressed optimism about the exhibition, aiming for EGP 1 bn in sales during the event. “Cityscape is a key event in Egypt’s real estate market, and our participation is essential given our growing portfolio in East and West Cairo and the New Administrative Capital,” Helmy said.
Mohamed Fawzy, Board Member and Executive Director, emphasized real estate’s investment potential, particularly during inflation. “Real estate has proven itself as a resilient long-term investment, outperforming even gold,” Fawzy noted.
Notably, DIG will offer flexible payment options to maximize returns for Cityscape investors.
