Abdel Latif Bishara, head of Shorouk City Development Authority, holds a meeting with the responsible workgroup for implementing the digital transformation plan in Shorouk city authority. The meeting aims at facilitating the procedures of dealing with the web portal for citizen services in new cities, which was under trial operations on June 1, 2021.
The meeting discusses the responsibilities of several departments in providing services and the initial steps of implementation. This is to enable receiving requests at the technological center of the city authority’s headquarters. He also highlights that open accounts on the portal are free of charge.
Moreover, Bishara remarks publishing the portal’s services through the authority’s official page on “Facebook,” in addition to displaying a video to show citizens how to obtain these services.
The head of the Shorouk City Development Authority notes that achieving the objectives of the portal for citizen services is one of the authority’s priorities at the current stage.
