UAE’s urban developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced that the mock-up villas within the third phase of its Al Bareh development will be ready for viewing in March 2018, Trade Arabia reports.

With the construction slated for completion in February 2018, Diyar Al Muharraq will be showcasing four types of show villas including two waterfront plots and two inner plots.

The waterfront plots are a 855 square meter, with a total built-up area of 570 square meter per villa, while the inner plots are circa 500 square meter with a total built-up area of 415 square meter per villa.

All the villas in the third phase of Al Bareh will be offered for sale in April 2018.

Al Bareh comprises three main products which include sea front residential plots, inner residential plots, and residential investment plots.

The plots are being offered for sale on a freehold basis to all nationalities.
