State run Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced on Monday it had signed an agreement with RusBiz in an effort to attract more Russian investors, according to a press release.
RusBiz is a Russian consultancy with experience in real estate matters pertaining to Russian-speaking clients. It will handle translations of the DLD’s legal documents from English or Arabic to Russian and contribute to customer services as well as other services.
The DLD stated that this new agreement comes in line with the emirate’s efforts to attract investors from various parts of the world. The authority also said that according to its database during the last three years, AED 14 bn were invested into Dubai from 12 Russian-speaking nationalities.
