DMA for Engineering Consultancy will hold an international conference to showcase the latest approaches in planning and designing new cities in collaboration with The Real Estate Program by the American University in Cairo’s School of Business and global design consultancy Callison RTKL, Al Borsa reported.

The conference, which will be held on Wednesday, is expected to tackle previous experiences that have been implemented by experts in developing new cities, specifically digital and smart management and the latest technology used in real estate which could develop the Egyptian real estate sector.

The combination between global experiences and local ones will enhance the industrial and real estate development and commence in producing effective real estate products according to Wael Ezz El Din, Chairman of DMA.

Ezz El Din further noted that smart management is crucial for the development of new cities, according to the Community Times.
