Doja Developments has uncovered its third project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), extending over an area of 3,000 square meters in the Downtown District and comprising an array of administrative, medical, and commercial properties, Invest-Gate reports.

Prices of medical and commercial units start at EGP 20,000 and EGP 35,000 per square meter, respectively, with potential clients provided with installment terms of up to 10 years, Islam Khater, the Egypt-based company’s sales director, confirmed in a November 24 press release.

Merely 30% of the unnamed integrated complex total area is dedicated to built-up spaces, including several services and amenities to complement owners/tenants, Khater further stated, indicating that the developer’s newest release will be launched in an official ceremony soon.

Doja is currently carrying out two other mixed-use developments in the NAC, called “Aurora” and “X-Business Complex,” with both ventures coming up with a wide range of medical, commercial, and administrative units.
