Egypt-based Doja Developments has officially launched the first administrative, medical, and commercial complex in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) – or “Aurora,” with investments valued at EGP 1.2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
Covering 6,300 square meters in NAC’s MU23 district and with a built-up area of 30%, the ten-story building will include fully-finished commercial, administrative, medical, and office units, in addition to two basements and a roof, Sales Manager of Doja Developments Islam Khater told Invest-Gate on the sidelines of the company’s Iftar event on May 22.
Designed by RFA-raeffahmi architects, Aurora’s ground floor will comprise commercial shops, cafes, and restaurants, while the first floor will be leased instead of being sold to maintain the project’s community and attract Class A residents, Khater explained.
Additionally, the third and sixth floors will be allocated for medical units, but from the seventh to the ninth floor will be for administrative and office units, he noted.
The sales manager revealed that the company has so far managed to market about 60% of the project since its launch in July 2018, noting that Doja plans to complete Aurora’s marketing by the end of 2020, while intending to begin its delivery in May 2022.
