Dolmen Developments Company announces completing 50% of its Al Maqsad project in the R3 area in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The company plans to complete the concrete construction of the project in January 2023.

Abdelazim Khalil, Chairman of Dolmen Developments, reveals that the project is located at 2,300 sqm, 40% of which is dedicated to buildings.

He notes that the company invests EGP 50 mn in the project and plans to bring that amount up to EGP 80 mn at the end of the project’s construction.

The top executive remarks that the company enters into contracts to secure basic raw materials before beginning work on the project, averting inflated prices.
