DOROOB Development has officially launched its first independent real estate project, JUNO PLAZA, in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, spread over 30,000 square meters, marks a significant investment by the company and boasts a strategic location, diverse spaces, and flexible payment plans.

For his part, Saeed Hasasen, a representative of the company’s chairman, stated that DOROOB Development aims to be among the top five real estate companies in Egypt within the next five years. Sheikh Zayed City was chosen for this inaugural project due to its comprehensive development and strong customer demand.

Moreover, Mohamed Saeed, CEO and Managing Director of DOROOB Development, emphasized the company’s robust plan to become a leading real estate developer in Egypt and the broader region. While JUNO PLAZA is the company’s first independent project, DOROOB Development has previously partnered to develop Centrada Hub.

Furthermore, Ahmed Oraby, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted JUNO PLAZA’s prime location, competitive pricing, and unique architectural design. Situated on the Dahshur link, opposite to SODIC and Beverly Hills, the project includes seven interconnected buildings with commercial and entertainment spaces, as well as diverse landscaping.

Notably, the launch event was attended by a distinguished group of business leaders, parliamentarians, media figures, and sports stars, underscoring the project’s significance in the real estate market.
