This collaboration aims to manage a new luxury hotel, merging DORRA’s real estate development proficiency with Jaz’s renowned hospitality standards to create an unparalleled experience, establishing new benchmarks for luxury and service excellence in the region.
The upcoming project, located within DORRA Developments’ latest residential and mixed-use development spanning 1.26 million sqm, with 90% of the area dedicated to masterfully designed landscaping known as “Ranches”, situated at KM 46 strategically adjacent to the Sphinx International Airport and in close proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The hotel will comprise 80 rooms and suites, each equipped with one or more bathrooms, as well as restaurants, dining rooms, meeting spaces, and other public areas, alongside recreational facilities, public parks, and swimming pools.
With state-of-the-art amenities and DORRA Developments’ unparalleled expertise in construction and development, the property is poised to become a landmark destination, embodying the fusion of timeless development and construction standards with the contemporary flair of the hospitality industry. The hotel is slated for completion by 2028.
