On this occasion, Omar Dorra, chairman of the board of directors of Dorra Group, states that the real estate marketing companies play an integrated role between the client and the developer, pointing out the importance of having a major entity that includes real estate marketing companies, to regulate the relationship between the developer and the marketer, determine the commissions’ percentage, and define the cooperation mechanisms.
Dorra adds that the integration amongst the sector’s segments from developers, marketing companies, contractors, to decoration companies will organize the market’s flow and maximize companies’ profits.
He highlights that the successful role of real estate marketing companies will help attract foreign investors to the Egyptian market, which will contribute significantly to the advancement of the real estate export issue.
Moreover, Dorra stresses the real estate marketing companies have adopted the latest technological tools in real estate exports and boosting sales.
Accordingly, Dorra Group, through its projects, is poised to provide the market with a product compatible with the market needs and at competitive prices. In this context, Dorra recommends that real estate marketers can be included in the Developers Union Law.
