Zone 2 infrastructure is now completed at Dubai’s Downtown Jebel Ali development, Arabian Business reports.

All underground utilities are now completed at Zone 2, while 90% of work is finished at Zone 4 and 70% at Zone 3.

Road construction is also complete at Zone 2, and underway at Zones 3 and 4.

All infrastructure work at Downtown Jebel Ali is expected to be completed this year, according to developer Limitless.

Moreover, a 132-kilovolt substation was completed at the site, and handed over to the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).

Downtown Jebel Ali is a new development located 35 kilometers southwest of Dubai, along an 11-kilometer stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road. The project has more than 300 third party plots that will contain apartment blocks, hotels, offices and retail developments.
