The Nile Property Expo has announced the launch of “Manazel,” the first permanent showroom for Egyptian real estate developers in Riyadh, marking a milestone in boosting Egypt’s property exports and enhancing its presence in the Saudi market, Invest-Gate reports.

The new hub will feature administrative offices and sales centers, hosting around 10 of Egypt’s leading developers. Strategically located at the intersection of King Fahd Road and Tahlia Street, “Manazel” will offer full licensing and permits for participating companies, with the facility currently being fitted out to the highest standards and equipped with advanced technologies to showcase premium Egyptian real estate.

Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Nile Property Expo, emphasized that the permanent showroom concept ensures a continuous presence for Egyptian developers in Saudi Arabia, creating greater sales opportunities and enabling ongoing engagement with clients. He added that the company’s large-scale marketing strategy includes sponsoring major events across the Kingdom to reach diverse client bases.

With over eight years of experience in organizing real estate exhibitions and conferences, Dr. Kalila has led 16 editions of the “Nile Property Expo” across the GCC and the US under the patronage of Egypt’s Cabinet. This year, the expo’s debut in Doha marked Egypt’s return to Qatar’s real estate market, generating EGP 2.2 bn in sales, while the Riyadh edition achieved notable success—momentum now set to continue with the “Manazel” initiative.
