Dubai Development Plan for Hatta Signed Off

The development plan for the mountain town of Hatta in Dubai has been signed off on Monday, according to state-run WAM news agency.

The plan, valued at AED 1.3 bn, includes the building of 600 homes as well as aiming to develop the tourism, sports, culture and education sectors in the exclave on the Omani border.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai as well as Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, signed off the deal, emphasizing the importance of government entities’ efforts in maximising citizens’ benefits from the recent development plans, all part of the UAE 2021 vision.
