Dubai Developments enters into a contract with KAD Commercial Project Management to provide the latest consulting services to manage and operate the company’s projects in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, KAD is set to provide consulting services for the management and operation to Dubai Developments’ projects in NAC, including the OBSIDIER, which is located in the new capital’s Downtown tourist towers area.

The agreement also covers the Capital Dubai Mall project, which is a commercial and entertainment complex in a prime location in the R7 district.

It is worth noting that KAD started its business in the Egyptian market since 2012. The company provides consulting and administrative services to more than 20 malls in Egypt.

Over 25 years, Dubai Developments has developed more than 5 mn sqm of land and sold more than 10,000 real estate units.
