Dubai Hills Estate is to launch the sale of a limited number of townhouse villas on November 22, Invest-Gate reports.

Located at the heart of Dubai, Club Villas at Dubai Hills comprises 144 villas, of which 98 are three-bedroom, with an average built-up area of 272 square meters, while the rest are four-bedroom villas, with an average built-up area of 312 square meters.

All townhouse villas are contemporary in their make, scale and character, with each villa having a rooftop terrace providing luscious green views of open landscaped spaces, according to a statement by the developer, Emaar Properties.

The project provides residents the ease of accessing the 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, and clubhouse facilities.

Dubai Hills Estate is an 11 mn square meter master-planned green oasis developed by Emaar Properties as a joint venture with Dubai-based holding company Meraas.
