Dubai Land Department (DLD) is set to participate in the International Property Show (IPS), which will take place in Cairo between January 10 and 13 under the auspices of Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly, Invest-Gate reports.
To be held at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC), west Cairo, the IPS Egypt is a mega property show platform for local and international real estate markets and is being organized by Emirati Strategic Company for Organizing Exhibitions and MREC Integrated Real Estate Services – which have arranged a handful of major international events and exhibitions – among others.
The UAE and Egypt’s real estate investors have an advanced database of the most popular investment spots in Dubai and DLD will be interacting with IPS visitors to explain the services provided to investors as well as showcasing financial solutions, facilities, and incentives granted by the Government of Dubai, DLD’s Executive Director Majida Ali Rashid said in an official statement on January 5.
Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO of Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions said the strong relations between UAE and Egypt and the promising investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market, alongside the Egyptian officials’ keenness to support real estate export, were major reasons for organizing IPS for the first time in Egypt.
Al Shezawi noted that the state’s major development projects will bring about a great economic renaissance to improve the standard of living of the Egyptian citizen, stressing that Egypt’s real estate sector provides attractive investment opportunities, given the availability of vast potentials that companies need.
Following Cairo’s event, DLD will also take part in IPS Jeddah, which will kick off on January 17 and will last for four days. Rashid noted that the participation of DLD in the two editions of the show in both Cairo and Jeddah is mainly aimed at enhancing Dubai’s position as a popular destination for real estate development and a remarkable investment hub.
DLD’s executive director highlighted the department’s keenness to stimulate more real estate projects in Dubai, pointing out that the IPS provides promotional opportunities for participants.
